Who is 2BusyNot2Travel and 2BZZ2?

2Busynot2Travel grew from the love of traveling and constant requests from friends and family to provide travel advice or management of travel plans. 2BusyNot2Travel is a subsidiary of 2bzz2 Consulting & Management LLC and the brainchild of Wanda Anderson Thomas.

Our owner, Wanda Thomas, is a certified travel consultant, CLIA and CCRA member with a degree in Finance. Our agent is a Project Management Professional (PMP), an American Society for Quality Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA), a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated and a respected business professional.

What does 2BusyNot2Travel provide their client?

2Busynot2Travel will:

  • Thoroughly research your travel request (average 2 – 4 hours spent per quote).
  • Only provide quotes for 3.5 star and above accommodations unless an exception is requested.
  • Provide 3 detailed electronic travel quotes within 5 – 7 business days or less to the provided engagement email address*.
  • Provide recommended “cancel for any reason” travel protection and excursions/activities.
  • Book each guest for their desired room choice based on availability.
  • Create and provide an online invoice link enabling automatic monthly payments via PayPal or Major Credit Cards for all travelers.
  • Collect payments from each guest and provide balance updates & receipts.
  • Send the registered guests payment reminders and details on their hotel accommodations and destination.
  • Manage the travel site with the booking information; including how to make payments, payment deadlines, hotel details, etc.
  • Coordinate round-trip airport transfers for each guest booking their hotel accommodations with 2Busynot2Travel.
  • Book a group flight for 10 or more people flying from the same city, otherwise, each person is responsible for booking their own flight unless prior arrangements are made.
  • Assist with any passenger or group excursions/activities.
  • Charge daily payment late fees equal to 5% of the scheduled payment for any payments not received within 5 days of the payment due date.
  • Cancel without refund travel reservations if you fail to make a payment for 30 days without any communication to us.

*All rates are subject to change until deposit is made and all rates outlined are per person and additional night rates may vary at the time of contract

Do you provide travel quotes for private trips?

Yes, we provide quotes for all individuals & all private groups.

Do you charge a fee for travel quotes?

Yes, quotes for 1- 4 passengers require a nonrefundable $50 deposit for a single departure and destination; quotes for 5 or more passengers require a non-refundable $100 deposit for a single departure and destination. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Why do you charge a fee for travel quotes?

2BusyNot2Travel is a professional service provider holding travel industry, business industry, and project management credentials and certifications. 2BusyNot2Travel maintains aforementioned credentials and certifications along with industry knowledge and know how via continued extensive travel & project management training, seminars, mentoring sessions, site visits, cruise tours and vendor trade-shows. Our owner has over 30 years of business and customer service experience dedicated to a high level of client service demanded by busy corporate executives, emerging affluent and affluent clients that desire to assign the details to a professional while they simply reap the rewards of a well planned and executed travel and/or meeting experience. We allow our clients to focus on what is important in their daily lives and leave the planning and execution to us. Our clients have more time for teacher/parent conferences, daddy/daughter dances, little league baseball games, date nights, tennis, more vacation fun & relaxation and/or more client engagement and profitable meetings because they leave the planning and execution to us. 2BusyNot2Travel focuses on the quality of the client experience by providing the highest level of client service during the sale, during the trip experience and after the trip experience which caterers to our client demographic – we are not a drive-thru travel agency.

How do I get started and what comes next?

  • Review the 2bzz2 Process Flow
  • Complete Client Travel Request
  • Submit your initial deposit or trip research and quote fee**
  • Sign any terms and conditions documents as required
  • Return a signed credit card authorization form, if applicable.
  • Our Travel Agent will contact you with any additional questions via phone, email or text.
  • A receipt and invoice with the remaining balance and a credit card authorization form will be emailed to you, if applicable.
  • You will receive a monthly reminder to submit all monthly payments via a personalized payment portal link, if applicable.
  • If travel vendor available, payments will be automatically processed by the travel agent using your credit card authorization form on the date(s) or within 5 business days of the date(s) as indicated in your trip terms and conditions.
  • Travel documents will be emailed to you within 2 weeks of your scheduled departure.

** Quotes for 1 – 4 passengers require a non-refundable $50 deposit for a single departure and destination; quotes for 5 or more passengers require a non-refundable $100 deposit for a single departure and destination. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable and travel protection is highly recommended.

Do I need to pay a new quote fee with every request? 

No, your initial quote fee is valid for 30 days. If a trip reservation is not finalized within 30 days, a new quote fee will be requested to provide additional quotes.

Do you have a mailing list for future events?

Yes, you can subscribe by texting 2BUSY to 22828 or sign-up on our website.

Payment Questions

What payments do you accept?

We accept credit card authorization forms, online payments via FreshBooks by invoice, PayPal and Square Cash. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover. Some online payments include a fee for service and convenience.

Do you provide refunds?

No, we do not provide refunds nor do we transfer money. Each client is required to accept our Terms and Conditions before reservations are accepted. To protect your investment, each and every client is encouraged to purchase travel insurance.

Do I have to make a monthly payment each month?

2BusyNot2Travel offers several payment plan options. We suggest that you should make every effort to make a payment every month unless prior arrangements have been made with the agency. If you find yourself not being able to make a payment, please communicate with the agency prior to your due date as late fees on monthly payments do apply. If you fail to make a payment for 30 days based on your payment option selection without any communication to us, your reservations will automatically cancel.

What happens if I make my payments, but my roommates fails to pay?

You will be responsible for finding a new roommate or you must pay the additional cost for the room occupancy change.

Reservation Questions

Can I make reservations on an event after the payments have begun?

Yes, you can make reservations on any event at any time as long as the reservations are still open. Pricing may not be the same as set for the original deposit due date. You will need to make the first deposit and then make payments based on your select payment option type.

What happens after I make my reservations?

  • Submit your initial deposit 
  • Sign any terms and conditions documents as required
  • Complete and return the credit card authorization form
  • A receipt and invoice with the remaining balance and a credit card authorization form will be emailed to you.
  • You will receive a monthly reminder to submit all monthly payments via a personalized payment portal link.
  • If travel vendor available, payments will be automatically processed by the travel agent using your credit card authorization form on the date(s) or within 5 business days of the date(s) as indicated in your trip terms and conditions.
  • Travel documents will be emailed to you within 2 weeks of your scheduled departure.

After I make my first reservation, how do I make monthly payments?

You will receive a monthly reminder to submit all monthly payments via a personalized invoice link or you may access the 2BZZ2 website at www.2bzz2.com and make payments. An additional payment processing fee may apply depending on method of payment.

Do you provide roommate matching?

Yes, we can arrange for roommate matching on select travel packages. Each travel event will list if roommate matching is available. Please keep in mind that you will be responsible for finding a new roommate or you must pay the additional cost for the room occupancy change if your roommate does not fulfill their contract.

When will I receive the itinerary for my trip?

Travel documents will be emailed to you within 2 weeks of your scheduled departure.

How can I request a name change or change my roommate for my upcoming trip?

Please email the agency with the desire for change. Any name changes to a reservation will incur a minimum fee of $50 and will require payment prior to any change.
