As capital, Abu Dhabi is the center of the United Arab Emirates’ political and industrial activities, as well as the cultural and commercial hub for the country.

Yet, the UAE also houses another major global city, Dubai. Known as the business hub for the Arabian Gulf region, Dubai’s economy is renowned, with its main revenues coming from tourism, real estate, aviation, and financial services. Together, these two cities are quickly establishing the UAE as the new “hot spot” for tourists and travelers across the globe.

The most notable landmark in Dubai is the world renowned Burj Khalifa. Standing at 829.8m, the Burj Khalifa is the tallest building in the world, with staggering views in every direction.

A few other notable landmarks include: The Grand Jumeirah Mosque, the Palm Islands, the Old Souks, or the Sheikh Obaid bin Thani House.

The first indoor ski resort in the Middle East, Ski Dubai is an amazing mountain-themed indoor snow resort where visitors can enjoy skiing, snowboarding, tobogganing, or just play in the snow. The resort has 5 different runs varying in length and is covered with snow all year round.

Dubai is endowed with an extensive coastline, sandy beaches and varied landscape, where a wide variety of activities can be indulged such as: sand skiing, camel rides, dune driving, various water sports, and much more.

6 December, 2019 – Departure:

  • Depart for your flight to Dubai, United Arab Emirates

7 December, 2019 – Arrival:

  • Upon arrival to Dubai international Airport and after the clearance of the immigration, you are kindly requested to proceed to collect your luggage and proceed outside where your Gate 1 representative (English speaking) will be waiting for you to meet you and escort you to your awaiting transfer and drop to chosen hotel for check in on next 5 nights with assistance. The rest of your day and evening is free at your leisure.

8 December, 2019 – Full Day Touring Adventure:

  • Today, enjoy a full day tour of one of the most diverse cities in the world. Your tour will take you to both sides of Dubai Creek, where you will experience both the old-world scenery and the stunning modern skyline. Journey to top of the Burj Khalifa, the tallest building in the world, and enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the city, ocean and desert. Enjoy a photo stop at the iconic Atlantis the Palm Hotel before visiting their expansive aquarium for the chance to see sharks, rays, guitarfish and more. Highlights also include a drive past the Dubai Museum in the Al Fahidi Fort, the Dubai World Trade Center, and the bustling alleys of traditional spice and gold souks. Later tonight, take part in a welcome orientation with your Local Gate 1 Representative and enjoy a welcome drink and a welcome dinner at the hotel (preset group menu)

9 December, 2019 – Morning free with Desert Safari in Afternoon:

  • Morning is free at leisure. In the afternoon enjoy your included Half Day Desert Safari Tour. This afternoon, board a 4X4 vehicle in Dubai and head out towards the highest sand dunes of the surreal surrounding desert. Feel the thrill of “dune bashing” as you spiral up and down the enormous golden dunes. Stop to watch the beautiful sunset before reaching the Bedouin Campsite. You’ll be welcomed with traditional Arabic coffee and might have the opportunity to ride a camel. Then, enjoy a specially prepared Barbeque Dinner, prepared on an open fire. Later, a captivating belly dancer enchants you with her swirling dances under the starlit sky before returning to Dubai. Truly, a not-to-be-missed evening!

10 December, 2019 – Full Day at Leisure in Dubai or take optional tour:

  • Experience another full day at leisure. Take a stroll along Dubai’s vast coastline, head to the Dubai Mall of the Emirates for some modern shopping, take a run at the indoor ski sloop located there, or take our optional tour to Sharjah, the Culture Capital of the UAE. Highlights include the Sharjah Fort, built in 1820 and the Heritage Museum, which is dedicated to preserving how families from the region lived long ago.

Optional: Half Day Sharjah (seat in coach tour – not private tour) = $39 per person (net price, no frees) This half-day tour takes you to Sharjah, the “Pearl of the Gulf.” Visit the Islamic Museum which houses more than 5000 artifacts from all over the Islamic World. Continue to the Heritage Museum where you will discover Sharjah’s rich and diverse heritage and explore traditions that have endured the test of time. A visit to Sharjah is not complete without a stroll in the souks, where you can bargain for jewelry, handicrafts, and carpets, among other specialty items. Visit the Souk Al Arsah, the oldest in the country, and Souk Al Markazai, the largest souk in Sharjah with over 600 shops where you can bargain to your heart’s content.

This evening, enjoy your included dinner aboard a traditional Dhow cruise. (this is not a private dinner cruise, you will be joining other passengers) .

11 December, 2019 – Full Day Abu Dhabi Tour:

  • Today, our full day city tour takes you to the capital of the United Arab Emirates, Abu Dhabi, also known as the Arabian Jewel. En route, pass Jebel Ali Port, the largest man-made port in the world. Upon arrival, visit the Grand Mosque, built in 2007, which is the eighth largest mosque in the world. Drive along the Corniche to the Breakwater, from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the city’s skyline. Then we continue to visit the Heritage Village for a discovery of the pre-oil life. Traditional aspects of the desert way of life, including a campfire with coffee pots, a goats’ hair tent, and a falaj irrigation system, are attractively displayed in the open museum. After lunch, we visit the port for a chance to see the old dhows used for fishing. Afterwards, we stop at the Zayed House for a fascinating sneak peek into the life of the late Sheikh Zayed, affectionately known as the ‘Father of the Nation’, This museum, housed in an Emirati heritage village, includes the late President’s cherished vehicles and gifts he received from all over the world. On your way back to Dubai, enjoy a drive through Yas Island, where the Warner Bros and Ferrari World theme parks have been erected and where the brand-new Formula 1 race track is located.

  • Late monthly payments will incur a 5% of balance late fee every 5 days late.

  • Late payment of $50 per person is required the day after final due date unless increased by vendor providing travel services. All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.
  • Cancellations become effective the date after final payment is due. Late payment requests must be received before final payment to be considered.
  • Reinstated bookings after cancellations are $100 fee if accepted by vendor.

Travel Package Reservations and Payments

  • You may pay in full at the time of booking. No future payments will be needed, unless you later modify your reservations.
  • Automatic billing to the credit card or PayPal account listed will occur, therefore; relax knowing that your future payments will be made automatically. When you book, we’ll calculate an evenly divided automatic billing plan for you and you will know in advance the day of every month that your payment will be processed. Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice. Automatic billing is available at no charge. You will be responsible for verifying monthly payments have been authorized by your provider. Your reservations can be cancelled after missing one monthly payment.
